Providing on-site technical and mechanical support for our plasma cutting tables throughout North America is equally important. Our goal is that whenever and wherever you need help we’ll be there.
Every employee at EastCoast understands the problems and challenges you face in the HVAC Sheet Metal, Piping and Plumbing business. Our engineers and support technicians are industry experienced and are trained to respond as quickly as possible to calls or email regarding MEP Fabrication, Fabrication for AutoCAD MEP, DuctMaker, EastCoast Plasma Cutters, and our additional products.
Training
We provide a full range of training, support, and consulting services. EastCoast’s training programs are designed to help you make the most of your Design to Fabrication CAD and CAM software investment. Each course is taught by an industry experienced instructor who will ensure that you will be productive as soon as you return to work.
Support
EastCoast’s support services will help you keep your valuable systems up and running. You can download the most up to date CAD and CAM software directly from the EastCoast website. EastCoast also offers frequent training webcasts throughout each month covering topics that were introduce in training classes.
